Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a dispatch notification containing your tracking details.

  • Shipping Method: Direct Air Express

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all standard orders (or as specified at checkout).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to flight schedules, peak holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your package departs our warehouse, an email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

  • You can monitor your package's real-time journey from dispatch straight to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The total price calculated at checkout is 100% final.

  • All shipments to Singapore include standard handling, and you will not be charged any unexpected customs fees, import duties, or extra courier delivery charges upon arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses at checkout. 135 Traders Pte. Ltd. is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the buyer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately at hello@135traders.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or fails to deliver within 15 business days, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos/videos of any damaged items so we can arrange a free replacement.
